VanDerZee ADU

This loft style ADU was a very unique build, designed by Studio Petretti with a very open concept, utilizing the 16ft vaulted ceilings and a Wood screen wall separating the lofted bedroom. This ADU also has an A-frame style front window wall, strategically oriented to face the large Cherry Blossum Tree in the back of the property while capturing an abundance of light.
