HOWARD GARAGE CONVERSION

This 276sf ADU was originally an under-utilized attached garage to a 1940's Home in North Portland. We were given the opportunity to work closely with the client to design-build this project from scratch. The home owner has moved into the unit, clearing the main house for rental.
